Ballet has always been synonymous with agility, flexiblity and youth. However, a new study demonstrates that there are profound health benefits for the mature to pick up ballet.  The study found that older people who engage in dancing had the most profound effect in reversing brain ageing and "led to noticeable behavioural changes", among all other physical exercises.
